Welcome to Corduroy County`s Corner Shop! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Corduroy County Corner Shop. Corduroy County Corner Shop operates this shop and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a customized shopping experience (the “Services”). The Corduroy County Corner Shop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide you with the Services.
The following terms and conditions, together with the policies referenced (these “Terms and Conditions” or “Terms”), describe your rights and obligations when using the Services.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries from Corduroy County Corner Shop (GbR) to consumers.
A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that predominantly are outside their trade, business or profession.
SECTION 2 – CONTRACTING PARTY
The purchase contract is concluded with Corduroy County Corner Shop (GbR), owners: Carlotta Margono, Tristan Boriß, Sönke Neumann, Elva Kosciesza, Tannenweg 24 a, 25421 Pinneberg, Germany.
SECTION 3 – CONCLUSION OF CONTRACT
By clicking the button [Buy now / Place Order with Obligation to Pay], you submit a binding order for the goods listed on the order page.
The purchase contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email immediately after receiving your order.
SECTION 4 – RETENTION OF TITLE
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
SECTION 5 – STATUTORY WARRANTY RIGHTS
Corduroy County Corner Shop is liable for material defects in accordance with the applicable statutory provisions, in particular §§ 434 et seq. of the German Civil Code (BGB).
SECTION 6 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you confirm that you are of legal age in your state or region of residence, or that you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use the Services on devices owned, purchased or controlled by you.
In order to use the Services, including accessing or browsing our online shops or purchasing products or services offered by us, you may be required to provide certain information such as your email address and billing, payment and shipping details. You represent and warrant that all information you provide in our shops is correct, current and complete, and that you are fully authorized to provide such information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign or license your account to any other person.

All product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit the quantities of products offered to any person, geographic region or jurisdiction on a case-by-case basis.
SECTION 8 – ORDERS
By placing an order, you submit an offer to purchase. Corduroy County Corner Shop reserves the right to accept or reject your order at its sole discretion for any reason. Your order is only deemed accepted once confirmed by Corduroy County Corner Shop. Acceptance of your order is subject to receipt and processing of your payment.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it, as Corduroy County Corner Shop may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests once an order has been accepted. If we modify cancel or do not accept an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email address, billing address and/or phone number provided at the time of the order.
Returns or exchanges of your purchases shall be carried out exclusively in accordance with our withdrawal policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are intended for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.
SECTION 9 – PRICES AND BILLING
Prices, discounts and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged for a product or service will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed and will be stated in the order confirmation email.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices displayed in our online shops do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs or import charges.
The prices listed do not include value-added tax (VAT). Due to the application of the small business regulation pursuant to Section 19 of the German VAT Act (UStG), no VAT is shown or charged.
Prices in our online shops may differ from prices in physical stores or other shops operated by third parties. From time to time, we may offer promotions subject to separate terms that may override these Terms in case of conflict.
Available payment methods are displayed in the shop. Additional fees may apply to certain payment methods and will be clearly indicated during checkout.
If advance payment is selected, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after receipt of payment.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made in our shops and to promptly update such information as necessary.
SECTION 10 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs clearance or events beyond our control.
Once the products have been handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk of loss pass to you.

Our Services, including but not limited to all brands, trademarks, text, representations, images, graphics, product reviews, video and audio files, as well as their design, selection and arrangement, are the property of Corduroy County Corner Shop, its affiliates or licensors and are protected by patent, copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Corduroy County Corner Shop is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. However, all sales and purchases made in our store are concluded directly with Corduroy County Corner Shop.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the transactions between you and Corduroy County Corner Shop, including any injury, damage or loss arising from purchased products or services.
You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any and all liability for any claims, damages and liabilities arising out of or related to your purchases and transactions with Corduroy County Corner Shop.

We are neither willing nor obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board. We are therefore
not registered with the Federal Universal Arbitration Board or any other consumer arbitration board.
SECTION 24 – SEVERABILITY CLAUSE
Should any provision of these General Terms and Conditions prove to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision shall nevertheless remain in force to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the unenforceable part shall be deemed severed from these General Terms and Conditions. The validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected by such a finding.

Our failure to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements pursuant to which we provide Services to you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the federal, state or territorial laws of the country in which Corduroy County Corner Shop has its principal place of business, which is Germany. You and Corduroy County Corner Shop hereby consent to the venue and personal jurisdiction of such courts.
